You don't do a set number of sets. You get it? You just keep working until you drop.

Usually I do three but I think I might have to do more because I do three of six reps only because they're actually heavy sets and then I add a little on the third set I do I drop set.

I set a goal number somewhere between 500 to 1000. Then I'll do as many as I can do in one set, and then that will set the tone for the remainder of the sets.
