Alright, so personally for me, I can't sleep if the TV's still on, like yeah I'll close my eyes and maybe I'll knock out for a bit but I end up waking up again. But some people need the TV on to be able to sleep. Which kind of person are you? Do you need to have the TV on to be able to like, allow you to sleep? Or do you need everything off? I'm a lot of stuff, everything off a type person. I don't need no distraction to keep me up even further.

No, I can't sleep if the TV's still on either. I feel like if it's still on, then subconsciously my brain just wants to watch it. So we don't even have a TV in our bedroom to be honest. I don't watch TV in bed.

Thursday that makes sense to be honest I don't have a TV in my room I feel like I just want distraction I feel like if you're not sure that you're staying in a room

I pretty much always keep the TV on to go to sleep like they have to be very low volume but just having that little white noise really helps me

Angola maybe this is just like me though but sometimes I put on it some more because I don't know what it is like before you do use right noises and it still helps but instead I start start finding that and yeah it helps way more I suggest you try it

I love you don't need it I don't sleep with the TV on however if no one is at home I will ask myself I do you like Stephen TV on a small find out more competent for some reason so depend on situation for me

Yeah that makes sense if you live with other people like why are people in your house having a TV I'm kind of shocked about when you're by yourself like you just do whatever you wanna say I hate

No, I don't use the TV to go to sleep, but I wouldn't mind the TV being on.

I actually do you like falling asleep to some kind of sound if I have my little heater on it makes sort of like a sound machine noise although I don't really like sleeping with that on all night so I might put on some music or to be honest like cartoons I just don't want anything to poison my brain while I'm sleeping so yeah

I used to back in the day but now I just actually think it's more of a distraction I am like old ass I have to like you know I have a whole routine going to go to bed that sucks

I definitely can't have the TV on while I'm sleeping or any light in general. It has to be dark. It has to be black in order for me to go to sleep. So yeah.

Yeah I'm basically the same but yeah I can styling my head and hands start to dip like if I'm really tired of another film but if I wanna sleep properly then everything is gonna be like so no like no nothing
