Do you think it's possible to be too stressed to notice or pick up on signs that you're stressed yes I think it's definitely possible it's happened to me a few times And honestly I think for me it was with fatigue and not being able to sleep I didn't even notice that these were signs of stress I was just always wondering why I was so tired and you know I started reflecting on it and I realize that because of the stress I had I wasn't able to get quality sleep and that's why I was so tired throughout the day so let me know do you think it's possible

I definitely think that would be possible because you get too in your head of whatever it is you're doing and you probably won't even realize what you're doing until someone either points it out or you burn out. So yeah.

No because if you're constantly running yourself into the ground or staying up every single night or overworking yourself during the day you're gonna see it as normal and then you start to be like over stress and then not even notice your stress until you literally like fall apart one day

Yes, you are 100% correct. There is a way to be too stressed and not being able to pick up on the signs. I've even went through it with the highly stressful job that I do work, but it's all about maintaining, understanding, and seeing the science.

Yes, I think that happens more often than we realize. I think once we notice the signs of stress, they've been going on for a while because normally when I start to notice and I tell people, oh my god, this is happening, they're like, yeah, it's been, we could tell. I don't know, just take care of yourself.

For a fact there's times where you just go through the motions there's just too much going on you don't even have time to stop and take a break and realize you're stressed out it's been like that honestly

Oh, absolutely. And I almost feel like I've kind of lived my entire life in a constant state of stress. And then when I actually am physically and mentally calm and relaxed, it feels like something is wrong. I almost get paranoid because it's like, this doesn't feel normal. I'm not living on the cusp of insanity, like I have my entire life. What is this? It's really strange to live that way, but absolutely, stress can be so normal that it's your existence and you don't even recognize it.
