Hey good morning and happy Wednesday or I'd like to call it Friday eve eve you know in this chaotic world that we live in I hope that during your day you take moments of pause that you take time to just go outside or take a quick minute to yourself push away from your desk and kill the noise because in a world of turmoil a calm mind is the only sanctuary so keep being busy keep winning keep living and keep being the boss that you are but don't forget to take moments of pause becalm talk to you soon

I definitely need to take this advice and take a few minutes of pause and probably catch up on many minutes of pause from weeks and years past.

Taking moments of pause is so necessary and sometimes I feel guilty and blame myself for taking rest since I always think that I have to be productive, productive doing things, doing that.
