Would you rather have three big meals a day or six smaller meals a day? I think I would choose the six smaller meals a day. I feel like if I were to do three, I would just get hungry throughout the day and the six meals would allow for like some small snacking and whatnot. Yeah, but one can say that the six mini meals or the six smaller meals are just three big meals separated in six portions. So I don't really understand the point of this.
I actually recommend fasting. I think you should probably only eat once or twice a day depending on your like your your body and how you feel but once or twice and then fast for the rest of it.
I would have to say the six smaller meals because I like to like be more snackable during the day and everything instead of like huge ass fucking big ass meals.
I would say six smaller meals because I can never finish my food so I wouldn't be able to finish three big meals So I always have to have like a gap every time I eat So yeah, so I'll say six smaller meals.
I want to say three not so big meals a day because I'm thinking of how much energy your digestive system takes. Quite a lot. I don't want to be slowed down during the day.
I'm a three meal type of person eating all the time. It's not for me. I know people say it's like speeds up your metabolism, but then there's a lot of controversy about that. Honestly, one big meal a day, I'm good.
