Okay, now that I'm older and moved out I totally understand my mom when she was just stressed about what to make for dinners for the week Because it's no joke and it is so stressful and annoying like trying to figure it out I swear if I did not have a kid to feed I would probably be like I'm not even eating. I'm not making anything I'm gonna go to McDonald's like I swear I would try to get fast food probably every single day because It's just so stressful But with that being said, what are your guys's go-to simple dinners that are still like healthy? Um, because I'm struggling and I just need some ideas because I'm not trying to cook like these big pinterest meals that take like two to three hours. I wouldn't be eating until like 10 at night, So just help me out.

So if you like salmon, get a couple tablespoons of butter and then put some minced garlic in there. What else do I put? Like lemon juice, a little bit of honey, and maybe any type of like fresh like herb that you have maybe like

If you have parsley or dill or something like that, brush it all over the salmon, pop it in the oven for like 15-20 minutes max at I want to say 350 and that baby's so

It comes out so good and like flaky it comes like right off and then you can do like roasted asparagus or something like that in the air fryer if you have one or in the oven and some white rice

I totally feel like if I liked salmon I would do this but I hate seafood so much so it makes me so sad

This is why meal planning for me has been a super important and crucial part of healthy eating throughout the week I would basically meal prep on the weekends and just have ingredients ready to go and just add together so that I'm not thinking about what to eat every single day.

Oh for me what that looks like it is pea chopping my veggies cooking some chicken I'm making some mason jar salads and then I just put it in the fridge and Tupperware or mason jars and then it's like good to go and I like planning it out so I don't have to think about it so much and just

OK so I guess I don't really do like meal planning like that I just plan out what meals I'm gonna have and what days but I feel like prepping it and like pre-cutting your food and it's like most definitely a great idea I have always wanted to start like getting fruits and veggies
