Okay, I'm curious how many moms I have on here go to therapy. So I struggled really bad with my postpartum health for a while and I recently just started therapy and it has definitely been helping me so, so well. I feel like it's just nice to kind of like let stuff go at least once a week and have somebody there to talk to. If you are in therapy, do you think it has been helping you out?

I still struggle and I'm almost two years postpartum and I don't go to therapy. It's... I don't know. It's just I feel like if I were to go I'd just feel like a failure. I don't know. It's just me.

So going to therapy is like, I'm just about to start and it is hard because my parents growing up didn't really teach me to talk about my emotions, let alone talking to a stranger that's weird. So it's just hard to understand.

I don't personally go to therapy. I probably should because it would probably help me. I do have a lot of childhood trauma from my dad and stuff, so I probably should but I don't.

I've been going to therapy for four years now and I still struggle with my depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have my good days and my bad days but I definitely do feel a lot better and I'm definitely thankful for it.
