Yo, so for this one, since obviously the pandemic happened and all that, a lot of companies have gone fully remote with a few trying to go back to hybrid or being on site all the time but I would like to hear your situation, which one do you prefer? Would you prefer fully remote? Do you like a hybrid or do you prefer to sort of go on site seeing your colleagues? Me, I do prefer like a a hybrid kind of role. I like working from home, makes things more convenient for me, But at the same time I do like going into the office see my colleagues face to face

I prefer work from home because there's just less people hot and stupid stuff like you have to deal with stupid stuff I can do an office

I totally agree with you I would rather highbred but the thing is I'm not currently working for a company I'm like just an intrapreneur I have my own like business and tasks so it's hard for me because

I feel like staying home saves me so much time in transportation and also money sometimes it gets boring but it's up to me just to join new activities

I've been working from home since the pandemic started and I love it. Even though before the pandemic I worked fairly close to my home, but just being able to be in the proximity of my own house, I don't know, I feel like I'm more productive.

I used to work in London, Central London, and living in East London, so when lockdown happened I was working at home from East London. And since then I decided I might as well go work somewhere nice and went to Greece and and it's been brilliant.

Yep for hybrid so I can work on home Sunday is that a miss it is a slot Monday Friday as I'm out working from home close Up 7 am on Monday going to the office but was end of the week Thursday weather like today

I haven't had any experience with a fully remote job but I have heard of people enjoying themselves and having a better quality life but if I could do them all I wanted to be a side hustle so I could still do my regular job and have that side hustle of having a remote job and start bringing in more income to work on other things or go out and do more stuff

I'm all for remote as long as your discipline oh that's what I'm trying to do now I've done it in the past with great success so yeah I prefer remote absolutely and yes I spent years in an office and years visiting offices as a consultant and now I've gotten to the point where I like staying home working remote

Personally I prefer a hybrid work method because then I can wake up early on the days I don't have to go into the office and then I also have liked the office environment with my colleagues and that would work better
