I trust the data experts give me, but to an expert I'm merely a statistic and I don't think they know what's going on in my life well enough to give me any actual advice. For example, I'm overweight and doctors say just cut your calories. Do the basic thing of eat less, exercise more, but they don't know my life. They don't know how I can do that step by step. So I don't listen to them. I have to figure out my own way to achieve my optimal body health. Same thing goes with finance. I think there's an underlying assumption in finance that corporations and the stock market will grow forever in the future, around 8%. But there's no guarantee of that. So I don't trust them, plus the data shows that financial experts are less, make less money than randomness when it comes to the stock market. That's all.
