So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Skipping breakfast is only going to slow your metabolism because you're not eating for like 14 to 16 hours breakfast is literally called breakfast because you're breaking the fast skip dessert because it's actual junk but breakfast is more useful

Yeah, you definitely gotta skip dessert. Ain't nothing good coming out of dessert. Breakfast, you can get away with it, you can get some fruit, etc. Dessert, just cheesecake and all types of whipped cream and shit. cream and shit. You don't want to do any of that. So just skip.

I always get breakfast. I don't know in the mornings like it just doesn't feel good to eat. I can probably eat like half a Nutri-Grain bar and even then I I still feel like I have to puke.

Skip desert it's better to eat breakfast may be a high protein breakfast so you can gain some muscle but lose the fat that's what I'm doing

Trust me bro, skipping dessert is so much easier. Skipping breakfast is like missing the best part of your day and missing a meal you need to supply you for the rest of the day. You skip breakfast or skip your night into a fucking lake.
