So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Now to answer your question, I suppose I find it easier to skip breakfast because I don't tend to get all that hungry in the morning. However, my body really does not like it when I skip breakfast, so I just gotta do what I gotta do regardless of how easy it is. And that's how you lose weight.

Skipping meals is not an effective way of losing weight. Burning, calories, exercise, you know, all that stuff. Eat breakfast and eat dessert because your body needs stuff to like fuel the body one

May I lost 35 pounds since August and I don't skip either honestly it's just about bring the portion sizes down you bring them down just a bit and eat actually more consistently throughout the day you're solid but have yourself a chocolate strawberry don't deny it
