So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

I recommend skipping dessert because like it's important that you eat something in the first place but if you want to lose weight then you should definitely skip to third.
Everybody says the intermittent fast and it is good so like maybe don't eat past 8 PM and then breakfast at noon but here's the thing give up sugar happy breakfast give up sugar forever
