So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

I think both of these things you can make healthy like there's definitely balanced healthy breakfast meals that you can make and desserts there's a lot of low-carb desserts nowadays especially like low-carb low-calorie ice cream and different things

Definitely skipping breakfast is very important to the start of your day and it keeps you fueled throughout the day so I would recommend

If you have a sweet tooth, you're gonna want dessert later on, so you might have more than you expected, so then you won't ever lose weight. So if you contain a smart diet, you will lose weight. meaning consistent yes.
