We were on an arid hill surrounded by piles of stone that used to be a building. I had lost my bag and was about to walk into a large crowd of other tourists to go find it. I was staring at the ground and a hand jutted into the frame holding my purse and before I looked up I took it and instantly casually said, hey thanks man. But then I look up and saw you and the sun was shining through, your red hair and bouncing off your freckles like glitter and you were smiling. You grew out your bangs since last time. I froze and you walked past me and when I turned around to follow you were gone. I woke up with tears in my eyes and I hate that it was only a dream. This was the first dream I had since you took your life. I saw you alive for the first time in four years and it was beautiful. You were beautiful. I wish you could have stayed.
