Good afternoon everybody what are your plans for the day or what did you do this morning this morning my dad came and visited us and then after that we took a much-needed nap got up ate some lunch and now I'm getting around for my therapy appointment and my mom is going to come and watch my son while I am at my appointment and that's all I'm gonna do today I might stop at target after my appointment but I'm not sure yet
