So how have your mamas been doing with your mental health lately I know the weather is getting better so I'm just curious if you guys are kind of feeling yourself coming out of your shell or if you guys are still kind of feeling just Blair I don't really know what I am I go through days from like OK maybe it's getting better and then I go through days where I'm like like what is going on with me but I'm just curious
I feel like a little bit like I just like the warmer weather I can go out on walks and stuff like that So I feel like it's getting a little better, but I mean, you know, still what it is
So I have been feeling like it blew just because of where I'm from it's really cold but these last few weeks have been super warm so we've actually been able to go outside and the sun has been chatting in that vitamin D is just exactly what I needed
Yeah, I've been doing a little bit better here as well It was nice yesterday for me, but it was like raining and kind of gloomy So it's still not like the ideal, but it's a lot better. We were able to go on some walks we played outside
It's definitely amazing what the sun can do but I've been focusing on getting my sleep getting my walks in the sun and then I've been taking supplements that focus on God health and I can't even tell you how much
Where are over here in California it's been raining a lot and I really love the rain like the rain when you when I before I go to sleep just in top of the roof of my house I was like a some more for me and just help me sleep like a baby
If I'm being honest if you're having like a really good day someone always has to put you down but if you're having like a really bad day someone always has to like lying you are you know
Yes definitely cause I can walk you no more take my dog and my son out without having to rush back because it's cold or having to stay indoors all the time
