You know what my problem is? Is that I don't know how to slow down. But I need help with slowing down.

hola hola pan dulce it's nice that at least you can first recognize because that's how it starts then after it's finding your thing I guess I could suggest you question it a little bit like you like movement do you like a visual listening because there's many things I could recommend you starting with yoga or Qigong those are great practices anyway let me know if you try it out

To be still, relaxing the body enough to allow your mind to be open and free of all that is compressed. A great reminder to be grateful, stay spectacular.
