What is your daily screen time report at? Mine is at nine and a half hours a day.

If you're using an iPhone, go to your settings and then if you scroll down a little bit, you'll see screen time and then that'll give you a regular screen time report and then and you can click see all activity and it'll actually give you a breakdown per app by day.

Yeah, sometimes I see mine and I'm like, that's a little sad. But to be fair, I am a full-time content creator for brands on social media, so I'm on my phone a lot.

Ah yeah, see, that's a solid excuse. I am definitely not. I've been on my phone a lot for work, but all I need for that technically is WhatsApp and I can't blame social media.
