My God I just read this article and I want to get your opinion on this piece of technology that's in Sweden so it's called the speed camera lottery and basically if you drive the speed limit or under the speed limit pass the speed camera you're entered into a lottery and then the prize fund like money comes from the fines that the people who speed pay And apparently like the average speed that people drive was reduced by like 20% or something like that it's pretty crazy but what are your thoughts on this

In the long run this wouldn't entirely work because everyone would have to follow the speed limit in chances of them trying to win the game so I reduced by 20% yeah everybody would wouldn't win
