When you're in an argument and you can tell that it's getting heated, do you prefer to talk it through or do you prefer to have space?

A little of both I expect to have my say and then I have my peace I need space after a heated argument

When you're mad at that person, shit comes out that you don't even want to come out. So I would say pause, take a step back and revisit the situation.
