I can't see objects in my mind I I can conceptualize them meaning I know what they look like I know what color they are so I can kind of like think about it but I can't see it

So I guess my question is, do you actually see it in your mind's eye? Or do you conceptualize it? I mean, I know what it looks like. I know what it tastes like, I know what color it is, and those types of things.
