So there is a group that I go to, an anti-suicide organization called Andy's Man Club in the UK, where we all meet on a Monday night for two hours. And there's a series of questions which we answer. And there were some very supportive guys there. And last week they know that I enjoy wearing hats for my bald head to stay warm. he also knows that like my favorite color is like a bright pinky color and he said he would knit one for me and i forgot about it when i turned up last night he presented me with said hat in picture i almost shed a tear for me that is an act of kindness one that i rarely receive i give lots of kindness that's all lots of kindness but i don't receive as much kindness so i was super some of my faith and a little bit of humanity is restored and that hat will go on a couple of adventures with me it'll be up a mountain or two
