The word of today is to listen. Listen to yourself. Listen to that little voice. Listen to your intuition or if you are a believer listen to the Holy Spirit. Whether that means listening to your body, whatever it is, believe in what you're hearing. Don't always go off of somebody else's opinion. Don't always look to someone else to give you advice.
