Y'all, I was so stressed out yesterday trying to prepare for today and I had to like actually check myself. I say, you know what, take a pause, take a break and then when you're ready to get back to the things that you have to do, take one thing at a time. Even though you may feel rushed, you're not rushed. You have time. So take it a thing at a time, a day at a time and everything will be okay. And more importantly, which I didn't think about until this moment was to be anxious for nothing, but take everything to God in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. So be grateful and everything will work out.

I can relate to this sometimes you just need that time sometimes you just need to take some time to yourself and get into this moment where you whisper and you talk super low. I love you peace!
