All right ladies I need your help I we were living in hotel for seven weeks now we're back and I kept telling myself as soon as we got back I would be you know I have a kitchen so I'll be cooking help you got to get back on the chain but I have no motivation to eat healthy and I'm like I really want to but I also don't really wanna do so Give me some motivation anybody want to be accountability buddies can I just do like a spring diet reset thank God for my supplements and I don't know my Apple ID happened but tell me what to do
Definitely just start moving your body and go on little walks little time and walks around the neighborhood or whatever's clever wherever you wanna walk because I've noticed that ever since I move my body more I am just make more conscious
Stereo give us more than ******* 15 seconds geez Louise anyways I feel like if I move my body more you know I make better decisions on what I put in my body so it just kind of is a triple affect it works for me
I agree 15 seconds is too short. Yeah, that's a good point. I was walking my dogs every afternoon for a while But it's been raining here and I go to the gym a couple nights a week but it's like I still want those little treats but I'll start watching
And treats are not bad absolutely treat yourself have a treat at some point you're just gonna have a little bit of less then we're just gonna switch it out and have a new treat and that's OK doesn't change or make it or break the game have your treat
I feel like I need to do that, but I think I'd like tell myself that I'm pregnant so I can get away with it But I know that I should be doing better especially because that means that I'm cooking healthier for me and my son and my future baby.
It is hard, but I think you just touched on a good point. Like you have your why for why you need to do it. I think maybe I need to get clear on my why, why I need to focus on the healthy eating. Thank you.
