Since I was tagged to this, I feel like this is definitely a reach. I don't know what the, what the agenda is here, but this clearly is a show where he was being satirical, where he was being funny, and I don't think it's necessarily a problem for him to make a joke outside of a professional setting, like, so that he did this to a patient, one of his patients or something like that.
