Good afternoon, royalty, it is your king, A.P. Coley, reminding you to see the royalty in yourself always. That's every day, not an occasion. This is consistently who you are. You are great, and I'm here to remind you of that. So the spark of the day goes like this. Commitment leads to change. Regardless of how the day goes, you can always make a conscious choice of certainty that leads to greatness. We all have an opportunity to step back from what the circumstantial is, step back from what the triggers are, and step back from the things trying to provoke us and say, is this worth my time? We can ask ourselves questions that re-solidify and get us re-solidify, excuse me, re-solidify, that can get us just kind of rebalanced to understand how we move forward again. Am I understanding this correctly? These things keep you mentally stable to be able to discern the distractions, you know what I mean? So taking that step back, looking around, saying, how did I get here? Am I mad because of this, or am I mad because of something I'm going through? Am I mad at this person, or am I mad at my current situation? So being committed to self-awareness to me leads to change, being committed to progression and keeping progression on my radar only, not anything else that can distract me, not anything else, you know, I can limit it as well, but keeping progression on the radar, progression prioritized, that's what this is about. So commitment is definitely a big part of that. If you like what I've heard, excuse me, if you like what I've said, and if you like what you heard, go to apcolee.com and join the spark circle. Yeah.
