Do you believe that we are alone in this universe? What are your thoughts on that? Give your reasons for why and give your reasons for why not. We'd love to hear it. Also make sure you tune in on February 1st for myself, Nikki Knight, and Maleficent and the Paranormal Portal where we will be talking about things like this and many more.
What are the chances that we are alone in this universe when there are like billions of galaxies out there with billions of stars and billions of planets revolving around them? We are not alone. I truly believe that.
I 100% agree. There's just no way, like you said, there's too many other galaxies and planets and things like that out there. Even just within our own solar system, I'm 100% sure we're going to end up finding that. There is like on Mars or something.
Yeah, exactly. The universe is so big that even at the speed of light, it seems super slow speed. You know, like, it would take millions of years to travel to another galaxy. And we only have like 100 years of lifespan, so it won't make any sense.
I would just be worried that our ability to seek out the unknown, our desire, our drive to seek out the unknown may give us answers that we were not prepared to hear and deal with.
Do you think that our desire to seek out the unknown and see if we are alone, do you think that that is also drive by our desire to understand and know what comes after death?
I think any living being has a desire to want to know what is unknown, right? Like you want to know what's happening when you're not around. That's just something subconsciously we think about.
And another thing, it is inconceivable that we are alone in the universe. It's mathematically, it's a mathematical impossibility. I just finished an astronomy class. Everybody did equations and all of us decided, yep, it's just...
And another thing so it's not a matter of are we alone or not? That's a mathematical impossibility It's a matter of how many more intelligent species or life forms are there out there, right? Ask any astrologer
For anybody who questions whether we might be alone or not look up the James Webb space telescope on YouTube Beyond the shadow of a doubt we are not alone not even a question
They've even discovered other Earth-like planets with atmospheres and liquid water. And you know, all the things that would be needed to support life just like ours. So there's probably human-like forms.
Um, I mean, there's no way to know this unless we find out, but I don't think we are. I mean, there are like so many other planets. Um, there might be some living being there, not necessarily like the way we envision.
My answer is I don't really know, but I'm open to whatever the answer would be. I'm leaning towards we're probably not alone because it feels a little bit self-absorbed to be like, oh yes, we were the only one.
