Now, why would I do that when I could spend countless hours of my life just wasting away in social media? Honestly, that sounds like a much better deal.
Okay, yes, yes, it is so important to do a social media detox every now and then because some of the stuff that the social media Feature brain is very toxic But it doesn't matter if you do a social media detox if as soon as you come back you just go back to watching the same
It won't matter if you just come back and watch the same videos like you did before simply because the reason that you left for the detox was for a reason. And that same reason probably came from the stuff that you were interacting with on social media.
So if you're still constantly over and over again still interacting with that stuff even after the detox then chances are you're gonna need another detox because you're still interacting with with the exact same thing that caused you to take the detox, which is why you need to change.
I don't know if I would call it a detox, but I've definitely like fallen off from time to time and it's just just kind of giving me time to just do other stuff, you know, like just spend my time elsewhere, which is cool.

I definitely agree it is necessary have gone off all social media for a A few months sometimes and other times it's only a couple days or a couple weeks, but it helps
