anything can make me lose sleep so I try not to think too much because I know myself and I can't stay awake thinking any nonsense so I try to turn off my brain when I go to bed.

I think usually just thinking about like how much I have to do is what stresses me out most at night.

So more on the positive side, like if I'm really looking forward to something for the next day, I can't sleep. So if it's like a trip or you know something that I'm really looking forward to like the excitement won't let me sleep
