I am so tired of all these health ads that come and go I literally just do what my grandma did she lived to 101 and who wants to live past that that is a long time so she was born in America but then went to Italy for like 11 years I think from like I don't know maybe 10 to 22 something like that So she mostly ate food in America and she had 2 cups of coffee a day at least so in the morning she did the opposite of real Italians like in the morning I think she would have black and then in the evening she would have the caramel colored she call it with a little bit of milk and two scoops of sugar my grandma had two scoops of sugar in her coffee every single day she I mean she barely ate out but she always bought like these sweet two things like to remember those old-fashioned little pies that came in the little Paperie thing I mean this is really old school they were like less than a dollar and they kind a look like McDonald's pies she would buy those and she would also make orange soda floats or literally whatever sodas she had on hand she would put vanilla ice cream in port orange soda and this fueled my grandma until 101 but she did eat a very healthy diet she had a lot of chicken with by the way tons of oil baked with potatoes the potatoes and carrots would be like floating in the oil they were so good though So I'm not gonna stop drinking coffee because it's a joy in life to me and I feel like I did I limit myself on other things princess I tried to start smoking and I can't
That's probably one of the reasons that one thing that helped her is that she wasn't eating out because nobody knows we're fucking garbage they putting that in the food out you know especially like if they use canola oil that shits so bad so that probably really helped her
Yeah you're totally right she never ate out like going to McDonald's with a treat because we did it once every six months and always always olive oil occasionally vegetable oil to fry but mostly olive oil
