I don't remember who told me this on this app but whoever it was who said to get a dehumidifier thank you so much I literally had one because it was necessary in Rome I mean I could see the humidity on the windows like it there was a little film of water and I didn't think that it was a problem here but dial all of Italy is humid so I plugged my little dehumidifier that's been sitting in the closet I plugged it in for the last three days and I am not lethargic maybe it's a placebo effect I don't know but I don't even care because I feel so good and I can tell the difference in the air so whoever that was thank you

Oh that is an amazing idea I need to get some of those and more air filters to clear out the air cause it's you know it's getting into summertime so the air is a little bit I don't know I feel like it's not as good as in the winter I feel like there are changes here you know
