Hey guys so what do you prefer taking hot showers or cold showers honestly I prefer hot arm the only time I will ever take like a cooler or colder shower is if it's really hot outside but yeah hot showers

To be honest, I like warm showers, but if it's hot, I like to take cold showers. if it's called hot showers. It all depends on the weather.

I mostly use hot water, but like I heard that when you use cold water, like you get you lose weight something like that I don't know I don't know that's actually true or not but That's what I heard

Hot showers, not because if you take a cold shower it's not clean. If you take a hot shower, they're clean. Simple as that.
