I'm gonna rant for a second about fitness influencers on Instagram and TikTok and why I can't stand them And it's not that like I think it's good to promote fitness and like get people into it and like be proud of yourself For what progress you've made for most of the time. They're only promoting like the physical benefits There's so many more benefits to working out besides just the physical and then they're also just spreading misinformation and half of them are taking like steroids and not telling you and and it just drives me nuts as a personal trainer. So before you take advice from random people on the internet, do your research, make sure they're certified, make sure they have like a bachelor's in exercise science because I can't stand that shit.
They say that all fiction is based on some fact anyway, but that's not the question. So I kind of prefer dramas that are based on true events. that way I can go back and research what happened, what didn't happen, and come do a compare and contrast.
Yes, I 100% agree with that and I think that's my major thing. It's like I'm all for inspiring people to like do All these healthy things and become fit But if you're lying and you're taking steroids or you're like doing all these other things that you're not talking about, you're not being transparent and you're setting this unrealistic expectation for people.
I mean so demotivated to people care so much about this sport vibes in the making yourself better and developing in the sports in shaping the sexiness and the other things because I'm in which we can care less we can do other things
