I am always like kind of on the fence with vitamins because they have so many shitty additives but like sometimes they can be super helpful so sometimes I take zinc I always take a vitamin or I take a B12 and a D3 that both are made completely from plants so like really good ingredients and then I just ordered some more greens powder so I'll be taking lotta God which I'm stoked about
I definitely feel you there when I have my Marcus greens powder and vitamin C and his protein like I honestly just take vitamin DR and sink I been taking zinc lately except it kind of has been making me feel a bit weird but I think it's just my body adjusting to it so I'm hoping that goes away but yeah there's definitely some shitty additives in a lot of vitamins
I feel the same like I get all nervous about whether or not I'm taking them at the right time in a flake like I just get confused about that part and then I'm like oh no my talking to Manny and blah blah blah but I am magnesium is amazing I have that too I should start taking that again because I know that everybody is pretty much deficient in magnesium and everybody should take magnesium so thank you for that reminder
I normally take my omega as I take vitamin D and probiotics for the most part and then if I need any herbs or anything like that it'll be because of an acute me that I have any moment but for the most part those are the three that I take on a regular basis
I am currently taking vitamin D but I'm definitely needing to take a multivitamin as well because I know for sure I don't get the full amount of nutrients and vitamins from the food that I eat daily so definitely trying to find women you know what a day or some type of women's vitamins
I take vitamin D, zinc, I also take ashwagandha and ginkgo, I think that's what we say, I've I also take keeps of probiotics as well for gut health and magnesium.
