Okay, so I want to know what meal is the hardest for you to get your protein in. So that doesn't mean that you don't have any protein, but like for me the hardest meal to get a lot of protein in sometimes can be breakfast, specifically during the work week, because you know you're rushing around in the morning getting ready to leave so I might eat less than usual or not add enough protein in versus when I do on the weekends or when I have more time in the mornings. So yeah, let me know in the comments below below what meal is the hardest for you to get protein.
For me it's either lunch or breakfast. Well honestly it depends because during the week I'm actually pretty good at adding protein to my breakfast. But lunch if I'm in a rush not really dinner sometimes because I'm just not hungry or want something small and usually not like protein.
I go back-and-forth to the sky field for breakfast if you do like eggs and turkey bacon or bacon or even sausage that's like easily like 30 g of protein right there with like a milkshake and then I just find it harder to get that same amount for lunch and dinner like I feel like for lunch I could just do like chicken breast and broccoli and stuff be OK but then it's like what I do for dinner
Oh I think breakfast is the easiest cleaner you can do eggs and sausages and right now I think lunch actually you know with dinner you're having some kind of meat fish I'd ask a lot of time but and yeah I think lunch you've got to have those supplements if you're gonna do that kind of thing I think it's easier I am did you breakfast and dinner so yeah lunch
Recognise some Dinner nice dinner or not I can print I tried to put in every meal that it's not really hard is slow if I can be arsed to cook one need to cook that's very really is so fun maybe dinner because more time I come out from the uni work and I cannot be asked to actually cook it so yeah
