So I'm talking to my friend because I am going to be traveling this summer to go visit her and she lives by a bunch of beaches and she brought up to me how she would love for me to come work out at the beach with her and I told her this isn't Baywatch why would I be running on the sand? I think I can't even put the words together. Would you guys work out at the beach? I think the thing is maybe I'd work out at the beach, but I'm not working out in sand. It is just not meant to be it is not comfortable. It is not it's just it gets everywhere. I just I can't imagine working on the beach like I'm no lifeguard. You know what I mean? It's not that's just not a workout for me. Have you guys have ever done that would you guys do it?
So when I have worked out at the beach I normally will look for like a private spot and I'll just bring my towel I do like that the sound adds a little bit of extra resistance I don't run I'll normally do like lunges and squats like walking lunges or even like a plank if I have my towel next to me I don't do it as frequently but when I find a nice little secret spot that's a little more private then I'm more inclined to do that
