This past weekend was like the first weekend that we had straight 75 plus degrees and something I'm looking forward to is Incorporating like my hot girl walks in the morning and Probably listening to like a podcast just to switch up my morning routines when it comes to working out at the gym or anything like that So what are you guys looking forward to this summer in regards to your? you know your health your fitness are you gonna be journaling more meditating working out somewhere else what are you doing?
I'm really looking forward to taking different paths when walking and what I mean by that is is like I usually love to travel this time of year or you know explore different areas that I've really never been to and so what comes with that is a lot of walking and taking in the environment. So that's what I'm really looking forward to.
Another thing to look forward to is if you are traveling to places like, I don't know, say New York, you can look at different locations and areas that you'd like to venture to and walk around in and that's something else to look forward to. Even in your own area, there are places, areas like trails and whatnot. There are like other little towns. those are places that you can try to get out to and try to venture to.
