Now, let me start this off by saying that I don't need like a fitness couple account. And whether you work out or don't is completely up to you. But my question is, would you be able to date someone and be with someone like indefinitely end game who doesn't work out? So personally for me, I've dated people who don't work out and I came to realize that over time they didn't want me to work out and I felt like it was a level of projection. If they never said anything to me about me working out then I would be fine but I feel like it became a thing where like I felt bad for working out. They would say stuff like who are you trying to look good for kind of thing. And so that was a level of insecurity and projection that I didn't need. But if I was with someone who didn't work out and never said anything to me about it and encouraged me and they would just work out if they wanted to, if they ever felt like it, then that's fine. But I find it to be easier to be with someone who has movement involved in their lifestyle. It brings out a level of comfortability when it comes to meal prepping and eating cleaner or trying clean options. If I want someone to support me while I'm doing a fast or something, that's nice. It's just nice to have someone who can understand it. And I don't need a gym rat, a gym bro, but someone who incorporates, you don't have to be lifting and flexing every day. But like, you know, a person who likes a little bit of cardio, a little bit of basketball, a little bit of soccer, something that involves some kind of movement and active lifestyle in some kind of way. I think it's just, it's not...
See like I don't think it's a problem if he doesn't go to the gym Because it doesn't have to be like a thing. It doesn't have to be I just came to realize from my experiences that like Even if I didn't care that they didn't go to the gym They would start to care that I went to the gym like you know I mean like so you're saying like if your boyfriend doesn't go to Jim you won't have a problem, but like if he had a problem with you going to the gym wouldn't that spark a nerve.
Exercise is important to life by surviving in maintaining good health so like it's got to be absolutely not because if they don't have a good health just for not exercising then I am there on the end of their life is going to be short as hell
Yeah, I guess so. It's like for me, I think that, you know, if you're involving movement in your life somehow, some way, then it's you're doing a great job. like it's good.
I'm not sure I would hope that they work out a little bit at least 30 minutes a day or something It would be a little bit different or weird to be with somebody that doesn't work out But maybe I can inspire them to work out by me working out. So I like to work out So I hope they do too. I want to be with somebody that does.
That's what I used to think, you know, I think it really depends on where people are in their lives because like, as long as someone, like I don't mind if you choose to not work out, as long as you don't find resentment within me wanting to work out, you know?
Honestly for me it wouldn't matter because if I like the person I want to care if he works out or not I would just want that person to eat healthy even if it doesn't work out as long as he eats healthy I'm fine with that.
