Let me start this off by saying that I will end up posting a post similar to this next week because I specifically want to talk about chicken Caesar salads. But someone had asked me this before when they were answering a previous question and they were saying that pizza is their favorite junk food. Do you guys think that pizza is considered junk food? I feel like it is whatever you make it to be because if I make pizza in the comforts of my own home, if I make pizza with Martha Stewart, that is not junk food. But if I come home after a long day or if I'm going to a party and pizza is there or someone orders from Domino's or Papa John's, XYZ, wherever you get it from, then that's considered junk food. So what do you guys think? Because my favorite slice of pizza is a chicken Caesar salad pizza and in my head, not only is that not a cheat day for me, I am eating healthier than I ever thought I could. I'm getting all the works. I'm just happy about it. So what do you guys think? Do you consider pizza to be junk food?
Yeah, I definitely agree with you. If I make pizza at home, it can be healthy because you know you can put things like spinach, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, you know a bunch of veggies and there's anything bad about that right?
that's what I'm saying like I was sitting there like I was just like is pizza junk food like is that that is a really good question cuz I'm like am I in denial am I the drama I don't think like if I'm eating it it's not junk food I I don't know, I don't know like, and I love be a homemade one, you know?
No that's a very interesting approach but I definitely agree with you it depends because if you make it at home it's way healthier than you buying it I like the actual chain so let's say like dominoes or little Caesars and stuff like that but at home it's like fresher and you know what ingredients you're putting in
