When I was a little newer to fitness I used to work out fast at all the time because I wanted to lose weight really fast and are used to do sprints along with some weight training and I don't even know where I got the energy from because now I can barely workout fasted I am too hungry when I do that but what are your thoughts on facet workouts and do you actually prefer them over Workouts where you've eaten before
I honestly like fasted workouts. They help me have more energy. I don't feel like I'll get sick sometimes if I eat and that's how I normally do it. but I know everyone's different and things work differently for people that I love from.
So I'm kind of similar to similar boat as you are used to that as well but now I don't mind doing fasted cardio but when I am lifting weights I have to have food in me
So I don't do fasted workouts like I guess intentionally it's just I work out at 5 AM and I don't want to eat before my workout because I feel like I get too full and heavy so I'm just gonna happens
I'm a fasted workout girl I don't know why but I just feel like I don't have any energy well I do have energy but I just feel really heavy when I work out after eating
Consumers calories, keep on working at the same pace as you were as a kid. Try to push yourself, but not too hard that you wake up the next morning and you don't want to work out. Work out to a point where it's comfortable for you, but at the same time it's uncomfortable because you don't want to feel comfortable in the workout. You want to build, you don't want to stay stagnant.
All I'm saying is find the workout that you can do but also struggling. It doesn't matter if you can barely do the workout. If you can get one rep in that's one rep closer you feel me to that to the visit that you want to find or achieve
So it's more natural for me to not eat before I work out But if I'm training with somebody and they say yo you're about to go in so make sure you get your carbs in before you get in Okay, all right, but I'm not gonna lie 80% of the time I forget because I just I'm ready to get into it.
I'll tell you what boy, on the days that we do go in and I'm exerting a lot of energy I feel like I know I'm able to push much more if I had a little bit of carbs before I came in Yeah, so I think it does make a difference.
