What do you like to do to unwind so I have a work from home desk job but it is very rigorous I sometimes have back to back meetings for like three or four hours and it's nonstop work and by the end of it I am just so exhausted that I close my eyes and take a nap for like 15 minutes but then I have to go eat something and then go to the gym Are usually get online on the weekends what are you guys doing how often do you unwind

My favorite thing to do to unwind is yoga. It's so relaxing and refreshing. I also enjoy journaling and painting. painting, those two things allow me to just zone out and center myself and I always feel so good afterwards.

Well, I like the Rewind, like I like the Cid in my game with Cher. It's really soft and warm and all that, bro. It feels so good. And just play my game. I like the play like GTA or something like that.
