Whenever I want to get something healthy, I definitely agree with you when it comes to Chick-fil-A, but I also go for Chipotle because I know people have mixed opinions about it, but I mean, it's literally rice, beans, protein, veggies, and I feel like that's way better than something greasy and fried.
Oh I like doing chipotle a salad from chipotle or Honestly that's my go to if sometimes I'm craving pokey and I consider it you know healthy and it's technically fast food but yeah those are the main ones
I mean my go-to is always Subway. I don't even know if that's even healthy But I mean you get to make that sandwich yourself and it's kind of your fault if it's healthier or not so Subway.
Whenever I get fast food and I don't want to eat bread, I ask for extra lettuce and then I just make lettuce the bread. Like I make my own keto salad if it's not offered.
