Happy weekend everybody I wanted to ask what's the first thing on your mind when you wake up do you think about work or school or are you just waking up and thinking oh my gosh today's gonna be a great day because first thoughts and our minds are usually what we're subconsciously thinking and what we're probably always thinking about
That's so interesting because I don't think too much about what I think about if that makes sense but I do notice my bed is right next to the window so the first thing I think about when I wake up is how is the weather outside cause I paste my morning routine like that if it's nice out let's go sit outside in my backyard and if it's not that I won't and I didn't realize I did that until I saw your question so the weather is beautiful this week and so I'm excited to get out
The first thing on my mind when I wake up is what am I doing today I have a I have a thing where I know what I want to do overall but every day I try to figure out what I can do in that day to get to that main goal that I want to do overall and obviously there's things I have to do so I just get those done that's what I try to just think of him and get those done today and when and how and when and why
Okay, this is so great you brought this up. I have been trying so hard not to get on my phone right when I wake up, but because my job is on my phone, I do content creation, like social media stuff. So the first thing I do is check all of my social media notifications. Like I jump on each platform to check how it's going, like what people have been commenting or sending me. And I know it's not the healthiest habit and I'm trying to change that, but that's just what's been going on right now. So that's what's been on my mind.
