Like many people, I am currently trying to lean out for the summer and just shed some of that extra body fat for muscle. And I realized a huge part of trying to lose weight is being more mindful of the snacks that you buy. typically I like to buy like ice cream cookies, chips, but if I really want chips I'll try to go for the baked ones with like low fat and I weigh them out. I just got these roasted enamame snacks and they've been really good and very filling and yeah it's just just reminder if you have a goal you have to be mindful of what you put in your body.
