So I was recently having like a couple like health issues that I don't normally have all the time Like I was bloating. I felt foggy like I kept forgetting things Kind of just like all over the place like I felt just like messy and sloppy and I had been doing like some research in googling because I was like I'm not sick I'm not like taking a new medication like that kind of stuff and then like I realized like a lot of it comes from being stressed and And I was actually like in like flight or fight mode, you know and So I just basically like took the time to like just really like reevaluate and like readjust what was going on in my life And kind of just like organize it so that like the things that were stressing me out weren't and Honestly like the bloating went away the fogginess went away like I'm more alert and active like I just feel overall better and so like I'm just coming to say like sometimes like your symptoms are like not necessarily like you're sick, but like your body's just like fighting itself and Yeah, but like what are some ways that like you've noticed that like stress impacts your life and like if you don't deal with your stress like what how does it affect you?
