good morning everyone um do you have any specific goals for the next upcoming week? what are some things that you would like to just like be a little bit better at this coming week? for me I'm really gonna try and get more sleep but it's gonna be a little difficult because I'm also going on vacation this week so it would be nice if I did but I'm also not expecting myself to but I do want to I want to try and I really want to try and get more sleep because I've been getting about like five or six hours of sleep And I feel like I should definitely be getting a lot more
Okay, so one of my goals, fitness goals for this week is to at least go to the gym two or three times this week. I took like a solid week or two weeks off and I need to just get back on it. Yeah, okay, so so far I have made meeting my goal I went to work out today, so I'm feeling good today is my winning anniversary too So still got this working even when I did not want to but yeah, I got it in been going after work I'm not a morning person So I go after work
This week I'm just gonna continue to focus on my water intake I had been doing really good and then I lost one of my water bottles that I was using and you know how you go through like phases with water bottles so I just need to find out when again so that I can get back on my grind babe here we go drinking more water which means peeing more
Michaels for this week are to close all manoeuverings on my Apple Watch which is 1100 cal per day and also go for two runs and do free resistance training workout
