Good afternoon everyone. It is Saturday. Just like doing a little check-in like how did last week go? How did your fitness goals? Did you stay on track with your goals? Like did you eat? Did you eat? Like what you were supposed to do? Did you meal prep like how did last week go like come talk to me
You know, sometimes we just have those weeks, but just being grateful and thankful for everything is the most important in everything you can do. So I'm glad that even though you feel like you didn't have time to really work on yourself, you still are looking on the bright side of things. And I'm sure all those people that you helped really appreciate it. And yeah, you're doing great.
My week was really good a fitness wise my week was OK I stayed really well ate very healthy I only got to work out once so far I do plan on working out maybe tonight definitely tomorrow hoping for a better week next week my plan is to work out almost every single day of the week so fingers crossed that I can accomplish that
That's awesome like it sounds like you had a good week and I'm glad that I'm glad to hear that you are like already Preparing for next week and you've like kind of got it planned out And you have your goals set for next week. So I went to the Poconos this past week so I didn't get to go to the gym is because I want to predict my food goals and I've been challenged just my food control for a while so I think I'm proud of the fact that I stopped my food because even though I didn't go to the gym
I'm glad you were able to stick to your food goals. I feel like that's so hard to do when you go on like vacation or something It's like everything just kind of goes out the window so like even though you said like you didn't really get to go to the gym like just stick into your food goals is like that's the least that's pretty amazing so like good job like super proud of you and And yeah, you're doing great.
My week was good so far thanks very much I've achieved everything I wanted to and I've meaning of focusing on myself and one is the chief so you thank you
My week was really good. Busy. I went to a fitness class. I saw some friends. I worked. I did some other computer work. Took a chill. Went on a hike today, going on another hike tomorrow. So it was really productive, fun to see people, but also relaxing at the same time.
Wow, that sounds like a really nice, like productive and fun week. Going on two hikes in one week. Wow, that's so fun. I miss going on hikes. I haven't been on one in a really long time, but there was a good, like, work-life balance in your week so I hope you have an even better one next week.
The last week for me in terms of my fitness goals has not been the greatest kind of slept off yeah just got a bit busy with work and yeah need to get back on track for the upcoming week
Very good question, well I was fasting like a few weeks ago, I mean like a week or so ago and I pledged that I was gonna start working on everything and I haven't so yeah this week I think I was as good as I wanted to.
