So I hate running but it has to be done so I just want to know what you lot think is better running on a treadmill or running on running outside let me know And do you think it will have a difference on the results?
Oh tremendous question I feel like we need some scientific reference because it does a stereo user here by the name of Zodie really wait for his response I think outside a bit more beneficial I don't know why I feel like it but
I deafly prefer outside yeah more movement and I feel more free running outside instead of on the treadmill and you know I kind of prefer the challenges that come with running outside I feel like it builds you better I don't know how to explain it but definitely prefer it but we're talking incline running DEF would use a treadmill
