Alright so what is the best way to build stamina and endurance? I know for stamina there's stuff like HIIT training, obviously long distance running or doing cardio but for endurance in your muscles you just have to keep working out or you have to do office specifically with the weights.
Yeah I've been trying to build endurance as I do my cardio before my weights so I'll do half an hour to 45 minutes of cardio and then do weights and I feel like that has built my insurance
